Will be offering eligible patients a covid vaccination as part of the Spring Booster 2025 Campaign.
Eligible cohorts for the spring 2025 programme are:
- adults aged 75 years and over
- residents in a care home for older adults
- individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed
This is a valuable opportunity give yourself protection as we head into the Spring and Summer.
Once delivery dates for the vaccine have been confirmed, we will be sending out communication including booking links and contacting patients to book an appointment.
