Lambert Medical Centre supports Parkrun and recognises the benefits it can have for both physical and mental health and wellbeing. Parkruns are free, weekly 5k events held every Saturday at 9am.
on Saturday September 7th we held our most recent Parkrun takeover at Northallerton. Staff volunteered at the event and supported all the runners.
