Lambert Medical Centre

Low Mood and Anxiety

Significant events like bereavement, unemployment, relationship breakdown, traumatic events or even stress at work can lead to difficulties requiring help and support. Problems with low mood and anxiety can develop and make it difficult for us to cope with life’s daily demands.

At the Lambert we are here to support you through difficult times and a GP or Nurse should always be contacted if you have concerns about your mental health. In addition to the support you will receive from us there are many support services in the Richmondshire and Hambleton areas. Many shown in the brochure attached can be contacted on the phone immediately and you can self refer yourself to get essential support.

In the brochure attached you will find some of the local mental health support in relation to

Parent & Carers Support / Crisis Support / Bereavement Support / Employment Support / Support for the Armed Services / Housing Support
