Call Recording
We use an Auto Attendant System to help direct you to the right department.
We also record all calls both from and to the surgery for training and monitoring purposes. If you would like any more information about this please ring the surgery.
CCTV
We use CCTV at Lambert Medical Centre to record images for the purposes of crime prevention and your safety. The cameras are external only and directed at main access points for the building.
