Mental Health and Crisis Support

If you are experiencing mental health problems, or are concerned about someone you know, then a GP can help. GP’s act as a first point of contact and can provide initial support as well as providing signposting / referral and advice on mental health services.

There are many support networks in the area and attached is a detailed brochure with many different services that can help. Many of the services in the brochure can be contacted immediately by yourself or a worried family member. You will find self referral links within the brochure. It also gives links for young people, parents and carers to find help and support.
